Every season! Our pieces are trans-seasonal and timeless, so we only drop new collections seasonally.
Any item marked Final Sale is not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange. Please ensure you check the size guide so that you can have confidence in your purchase.
If it has been more than a week since your delivery was due, please lodge a late item enquiry with your corresponding delivery company, or contact our customer care team at mel@vicandbert.com.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct to avoid any disappointment or delays. Please contact us immediately at mel@vicandbert.com with your order number and correct shipping address.
Please submit images of your faulty order to mel@vicandbert.com and await confirmation from our Customer Care team.

The Vic and Bert checkout is only able to accept one discount code or gift card code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
Yes! Any full priced items purchased with the welcome discount code are still eligible for a refund.
All gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase or creation. Plenty of time to find something you love!
As we use high quality fabrics in all of our pieces, we recommend adhering to our care instructions. We also recommend you follow the instructions on our page here, as well as on the care label inside each garment.
Our discount codes can only be used on full-price items. Our sale items are not eligible for further discounts.
Additionally, our codes have a one-time use and expire within 30 days of receiving them. If it is still not working and you believe that it should be, please contact us.
