Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We provide both standard and express shipping via Australia Post

It depends on where you are. Orders will be dispatched from our store in Lorne, Victoria within 24 hours. Please note that orders received after 12:00pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.

Orders processed in Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Upon dispatch, all customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking information.

Unfortunately, Vic and Bert cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time-frames. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Some delays with the postal service are out of our control.

Vic and Bert cannot be held responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages, once the item has been dispatched and/or marked as delivered and signed for.

We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control over your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post/DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
